If you haven't seen the snow sculptures in Breckenridge, you're missing out. A dozen 12-foot tall masterpieces came alive during sculpting week at the Budweiser International Snow Sculpture Championships. Teams from the U.S. and all around the world joined to create the most impressive works of art.

Power tools prohibited, they used saws, chisels and other hand tools to create the giant snow sculptures. Artists diligently scraped, shaped, shaved and sculpted 20 ton blocks of snow for 65 hours! The result: larger-than-life masterpieces sure to leave your mouth gaping.

Weather permitting, the finished sculptures will be on display at the Riverwalk Center in Breckenridge through Sunday, Feb. 7.
