Last year, my Aunt Cindy and Uncle Steve dropped by to teach us the art of making lefse.

So this year, we called up old skills,

and made lefse the true Norwegian way!

Oscar Blues Brewery in Lyons, CO was a pretty spectacular spot to celebrate Wood's birthday this weekend.

We started the evening swimming with the sharks and fishies...


Moving along into the blacklight neon arcade room.


Who doesn't love a good game of Tetris or pinball (and a pinball game within a pinball game)!

Notice the stickers? People love their Tee & Cakes.

And, of course, like any good birthday, there was plenty of beer on tap, plus a GIANT slice of birthday cake.
